General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Online reservations are limited to four (4) rooms. Beyond this, please contact the hotel as the group sales conditions will apply.
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. Beyond this, and without management's agreement, a supplement will be charged (up to the nightly rate).
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the rooms. A fine of €60 and immobilization costs may be charged if this ban is not respected.
Any damage to equipment, linen or installation will be subject to invoicing for the amount of the refurbishment.
The number of occupants is limited to the number of beds specified in the reservation.
Minor children must be accompanied by an adult in the room.
The number of pets allowed in the room is limited to two. They must be clean, calm, not disturb the peace of other guests and not be left alone in the room.
Groups:
In the event of a reservation of five (5) rooms or more, group conditions will automatically be applied. The establishment will issue a pro-forma invoice, a deposit payment by the Client will be required for confirmation and special cancellation and modification conditions will apply. For any information in this regard, please contact the hotel directly.
Individuals:
For individual reservations, cancellation without charge is possible until the day of arrival at 12:00. After this, cancellation fees equal to the first night of your stay will be charged to the bank card provided as a guarantee.
Any bank card provided as a guarantee for a reservation is subject to a pre-authorization for an amount equal to the first night. In the event of a no-show, the pre-authorized amount will be debited.
